Auto-Unlock for Android is Back!

We’re incredibly sorry about the inconvenience caused by the lack of auto-unlock for the past few months; auto-unlock no longer worked when we refactored the app, and we had to re-implement this feature. Our team has been working hard on auto-unlock and we’re pleased to announce that it’s back as of the latest update! This newest version supports both Wi-Fi Access Point and auto-unlock, so we hope you will all update your apps and give it a shot. Please also let us know if you notice any issues with auto-unlock so we can fix them.

Wi-Fi Access Point Shipping 

We have our first batch of final Wi-Fi Access Points available for shipping! We will be emailing customers for address confirmations and shipping Wi-Fi Access Points in multiple batches over the next few weeks as we continue to receive additional shipments of inventory.

Be sure to put “Address Update” in the subject line to help us find your email more easily, then put the below in the body of your email:

  • Order number 
  • Shipping address 
  • Phone number

Once we have your confirmed address, we will ship as quickly as our inventory levels allow. We will be prioritizing Kickstarter backers in the US for shipping and expect to ship our current batch by the end of the month. Please give us some time to process the huge volume of emails we expect to receive. We will send you a tracking number when your package ships; make sure to keep an eye out for it! Address updates received in excess of our current inventory will be shipped when we receive our next batch of Wi-Fi Access Points in March.

Virtual Station

Sorry about the temporary lapse in service! We apologize for the inconvenience caused - it is back up now. We would like to transition from Virtual Station to Wi-Fi Access Point, so please be sure to email us your address and order number so we can send you a Wi-Fi Access Point.

We initially created Virtual Station as a way to test Wi-Fi Access Point features before we had the hardware completed, and made it available to our iOS beta testers via TestFlight for feedback. We’ve already suspended development on Virtual Station to focus on Wi-Fi Access Point and will no longer be offering support for this app. We will be pulling it from TestFlight in the near future, so if you are relying on Virtual Station now, please email us your order and shipping information ASAP so we can ship you a physical Wi-Fi Access Point before Virtual Station is removed for good. 

Auth Token Error & Technical Support 

We’ve seen a few people mention getting the Auth Token Error. If you see this, please log out and login again and it should solve the issue! If not, be sure to let us know.

We’d be happy to help troubleshoot! If we determine your unit to be defective, we will process free repair/replacement under our limited 1-year warranty. If the warranty has expired, a repair fee is required for us to repair/replace your device.
